Condition of the Shoes
- Ensure the leather is free of creases. Shoes with creases are not eligible for return or exchange. Under no circumstances we can accept used shoes in returns or exchanges.
- The sole must be unscratched. Please try the shoes only on a soft, carpeted surface.

Original Packaging
- Include the original shoebox in the images, ensuring it is in good condition.

Accessories
- The shoe cream and shoe horn provided with the product must be visible in the image.
- Ensure the shoe bag is also included and clearly visible in the photos.

Image Clarity
At least 4 images are necessary to ensure the returns or exchanges are deemed eligible.
- Take clear, well-lit photos from multiple angles, including:
- Front view of the shoes.
- Side view of the shoes.
- Sole of the shoes.
- Entire packaging with accessories and the shoebox.
- Image for any free gift that was sent with the original order.
